I’m a certified personal trainer based in Tucson, and I specialize in helping busy people like you rebuild strength, confidence, and energy through simple, sustainable routines.
After going through a major life transition myself, I know what it’s like to feel out of alignment with your body and unsure where to start. I’ve experienced the stress of starting over—and the powerful transformation that comes from tuning back in, showing up consistently, and doing the work your way.
